Every product sold on iqosilumaone.com is 100% genuine, original IQOS product sourced through authorised supply channels. We provide the following guarantees on every item sold:

• Valid manufacturer serial number verifiable through official IQOS channels
• Full manufacturer warranty documentation

Product descriptions, specifications, and photographs on our website are provided in good faith and are as accurate as reasonably practicable. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on iqosilumaone.com are shown in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive of any applicable sales tax where required by law, but exclude shipping costs and any international customs duties, import taxes, or excise fees levied by destination countries.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase. We will not retroactively adjust prices for orders already confirmed.

Accepted payment methods:

• International bank transfer (SWIFT / SEPA) — available for wholesale orders

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• Tobacco consumable products (TEREA, HEETS sticks) are non-returnable once opened, for hygiene and regulatory reasons
• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch; once dispatched, our return policy applies
• Customised or personalised items are non-refundable unless defective
